MGAC Acquires Dougherty Partners; Bolsters Retail Business and Establishes New York City Office Presence

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - Dec 10, 2012) - Mark G. Anderson Consultants ("MGAC") announced today that it has acquired Dougherty Partners, a Manhattan based, full service real estate development and construction management firm specializing in retail development. Dougherty Partners has worked with many of the nation's top retailers on national rollouts, high-end flagship stores and the new trend of pop-up stores.

The acquisition will allow MGAC to open a Manhattan office to service retail and corporate clients with local expertise in the New York metropolitan and Northeast Corridor markets.
