Yara management share purchases and sale


Oslo (2012-12-11): On Monday 10 December Yara International ASA purchased 41,852 own shares in the market at an average price of NOK 281.124 per share. The shares were purchased on behalf of and transferred to Yara executive management and other executives taking part in Yara's long-term incentive program (LTIP) approved by the Yara International ASA Board of Directors in 2008. On the same date, one member of Yara executive management sold shares.

Head of Supply & Trade Alvin Rosvoll purchased 1,111 shares under the LTIP progam. Concurrently, Alvin Rosvoll sold 946 shares at a price of NOK 280.90 per share. Following this purchase he owns 2,722 Yara shares.

Chief Human Resource Officer Håkan Hallén purchased 851 shares. Following this purchase he owns 3,680 Yara shares.

Chief Communication Officer Bente Slaatten purchased 656 shares. Following this purchase she owns 2,785 Yara shares.

Chief Legal Counsel Trygve Faksvaag purchased 783 shares. Following this purchase he owns 5,494 Yara shares.
