Orco Property Group Director Resignations and Major Shareholding Notification
As stated in the convening notice for the ordinary general meeting of 4 February 2013, on 3 January 2013 Bertrand des Pallieres resigned from the Orco Property Group Board of Directors. In addition, on 17 January 2013, Benjamin Colas resigned from the Orco Property Group Board of Directors and the Orco Germany Board of Directors. The companies thank them for their service and wish them continued success.
In addition, Orco Property Group was informed on 17 January 2013 by MTone Limited that their shareholding in Orco Property Group decreased below the 2.5% threshold. MTone Limited is an entity associated with former Orco Property Group Director, Benjamin Colas.
