Premier Alliance Partners With NetXperts to Engineer State-of-the-Art Personal Duress Wireless Security System at California State Forensic Hospitals

(OTCQB: PIMO), a strategic advisory, services, and solutions firm focused on providing 360° Intelligence Delivery through Knowledge Based Expertise ("KBE"), today announced that its Energy and Sustainability Division has partnered with NetXperts, a California based network solutions provider, to provide engineering and application programming support for a state-of-the-art wireless security and notification system at two California state mental institutions, Metropolitan State Hospital in Los Angeles and Patton State Hospital in San Bernardino. The total project value for Premier Alliance exceeds $600,000 and should be completed by fourth quarter of 2013.

Following the successful implementation of the wireless personal duress alarm system at the California Department of State Hospitals (DSH) - Napa, Premier Alliance and NetXperts will now install identical systems at DSH - Metropolitan and Patton. The innovative system, comprised of customized off-the-shelf hardware and software, allows medical staff and other personnel to trigger an alarm through a small Wi-Fi device worn around the neck or on a belt. Once activated the system is designed to notify police and security officials in under 10 seconds and provide location information anywhere on the 160+ acre facilities.
