Pursuant to section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, notification is hereby given that RTX A/S' holding of treasury shares as per today amounts to 610,964 shares at DKK 5 equal to 6.48% of the share capital.
In accordance with the General Assembly’s authorization to the Supervisory Board to buy up to 10% treasury shares, RTX has in the period 30 January 2013 to 8 February 2013 bought 466,380 shares at an average rate of DKK 13.29.
