Pöyry PLC has today 14 February 2013 published its Financial Statements 2012 and a separate Corporate Governance Statement 2012.

The Financial Statements 2012 include the annual accounts and consolidated annual accounts in their entirety and the report of the Board of Directors and the auditor's report.

The Corporate Governance Statement 2012 is given as a separate report from the report of the Board of Directors.

The Financial Statements 2012 and the Corporate Governance Statement 2012 are attached to this release in PDF-format and are also available on the company's website at www.poyry.com in Finnish and English.
