AHF Annual Culinary Competition will be held on Friday, June 7. Competing culinary teams from across the country consisting of a chef and foodservice director from a healthcare facility will utilize Potato Pearls® Natural Mashed Potatoes to create an award winning dish. Chef John Folse, CEC, AAC, Louisiana chef, restaurant owner, and authority on Cajun and Creole cuisine and culture will deliver the keynote address, From Swamp Floor Pantry to Table: The Origins of Flavor.
