At the Extraordinary General Meeting the motions of the Supervisory Board concerning amendments to Arts. 8,14, 15, 16 and 21 of the Articles of Association were adopted.
As the members in general meeting with a right to vote represented less than 90% of the share capital, the treatment for final adoption of the proposed amendments of the articles of association will take place in connection with Jyske Bank’s Annual General Meeting on 20 March 2013.
