LAKE ELSINORE, CA--(Marketwire - Feb 27, 2013) -  IDS Solar Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: IDST) announces the signing of dealer partners in five (5) key states including Texas, New Jersey, Nevada, California, and New York advancing toward its goal of establishing a dealer network serving all fifty (50) states.

Of the Total Addressable Market (TAM) of several million users, 1,600 current dealers of portable power products are its core Segmented Addressable Market (SAM) and are the target of the sales plan's first phase.
