NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Mar 7, 2013) - David Shulman, CEO of digital marketing agency Organic (www.organic.com), today announced three executive appointments to strengthen the agency's leadership team. Monik Sanghvi, who got his start as a Director at Organic over a decade ago, rejoins the agency as Chief Strategy Officer; Joe DiMeglio, SVP, General Manager, Detroit, has been promoted to Chief Client Officer, a new role at the agency; and Audrey Melofchik, SVP, Engagement Management, has been appointed to General Manager of Organic's New York office.
The appointments come six months into Shulman's tenure as CEO and on the heels of two significant executive hires in November: Chief Creative Officer David Bryant, most recently Creative Strategist at Google, and Chief Talent Officer Mark Murata, a Digitas alumnus.
Sanghvi, a veteran digital strategist, reunites with Organic and its new CEO, having worked with Shulman at Digitas, helping to build Digitas' Detroit office into a thriving agency of 200-plus people. He will lead Organic's newly formed strategic service discipline, overseeing the Marketing Intelligence, Strategy and Planning practices to scale Organic's integrated strategic service offering across all clients.
DiMeglio, who has over the course of seven years emerged as one of Organic's strongest leaders, will oversee the agency's client services team and be focused on client delivery efforts, in addition to managing Organic's Detroit office. Melofchik, who joined Organic in 2011 and has successfully led Organic's Kimberly-Clark business across brands, offices and teams, will continue to oversee that relationship, with the added responsibility of managing Organic's New York office.

Monik Sanghvi, Chief Strategy Officer
Sanghvi brings to Organic a depth of experience in strategic development, from business and marketing strategy to CRM and digital marketing across paid, earned and owned platforms. A graduate of Harvard Business School, his career has included roles at McKinsey & Company, Digitas, WPP's Team Detroit and a previous stint at Organic.
Sanghvi also brings deep automotive experience to his role. As Team Detroit's Chief Digital and Integration Officer, he oversaw digital, direct and integration efforts on Ford Motor Co., WPP's largest global client. At Digitas, he led strategy and analytics across Digitas' GM relationship.
Joe DiMeglio, Chief Client Officer
DiMeglio has more than 20 years experience in advertising and CRM. During the past seven years at Organic, he has driven a number of new business wins, expanded client engagements and strong business results for clients including Hilton Worldwide. Over the course of his tenure, DiMeglio has led Organic's thriving automotive practice and successfully managed the agency's Detroit outpost. Prior to that, he served in executive positions at JWT and Wunderman, working with major brands such as Ford, DuPont and Lincoln-Mercury in the areas of CRM, B2B, and traditional advertising.
Audrey Melofchik, General Manager
Melofchik, who joined Organic in June of 2011, oversees Organic's Kimberly-Clark account, including the Pull-Ups, Poise, Depends and Kotex brands. In her new role, Melofchik will take on the added responsibility of managing the staff of Organic New York. Previously, Melofchik served as Business Director at JWT, where she worked for eight years heading up the Johnson & Johnson/McNeil business and launched the company's massively successful Zyrtec brand. Melofchik also oversaw award-winning campaigns on accounts including Cadbury, Kraft and Jenny Craig.
