LONG ISLAND CITY, NY--(Marketwire - Mar 13, 2013) - Tunstall Americas, a leader in independent living technologies and 24/7 healthcare communication services, announced today the hiring of two experienced sales executives in Randall Martinek and Stephen Imig.
Randall Martinek comes to Tunstall Americas from Philips Healthcare where he served as Area Sales Manager for the Remote Cardiac Services, Patient Monitoring, and Telehealth division. In this role Randall led a team of 8 sales representatives throughout the Midwest and Western US. In 2011, Randall received the Philips Healthcare Award for Outstanding Performance.
In his new role, Randall brings extensive sales experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. His skills in new product launches, market expansions, and market development will be integral to the growth of Tunstall Americas, particularly in the telehealth field.
Stephen Imig comes to Tunstall Americas also from Philips Remote Patient Monitoring where he served as Territory Sales Manager for the Remote Cardiac Services division. In this role, Stephen consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales and successfully grew partnerships with healthcare providers, health systems, home health agencies, and hospitals for remote diagnostic tools and medical equipment and solutions.
In his role with Tunstall Americas, Stephen brings extensive sales experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. His skills in developing relationships with customers, as well as cultivating new accounts will be integral to Tunstall Americas' growth in the US.
