NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Mar 14, 2013) - Undertone, which creates digital advertising solutions for brands, has further strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Corey Ferengul as Chief Operating Officer and the promotion of Fred Mather from Chief Revenue Officer to President, Sales and Operations.
Ferengul has over twenty years of product and marketing experience. Most recently, he held the position of Executive Vice President, Product Management and Strategy at Rovi Corporation, a publicly traded digital media entertainment company, where he led product management, corporate strategy and business development. He also previously led the company's marketing and development functions and thought leadership programs. Ferengul also brings extensive experience evaluating, executing and integrating mergers and acquisitions. In his new role at Undertone, Ferengul will lead the company's product, technology and marketing functions.
Undertone has also today announced the promotion of Fred Mather from Chief Revenue Officer to President, Sales and Operations. Mather joined Undertone in 2010 as Senior Vice President of Sales until his promotion to Chief Revenue Officer in 2012. As President, Sales and Operations, Mather will oversee the company's sales, client services, performance, planning and publisher development functions.
The appointment of Ferengul and promotion of Mather follow last month's naming of Cameron Hulett as Executive Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and the 2012 appointments of Joseph Del Toro, Chief Financial Officer, and Robert Schwartz, Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Business Development.
