Notification of major shareholding
Today, Jyske Bank A/S, Silkeborg, has informed us that the bank as per
08.03.2013 has acquired shares in Scandinavian Private Equity A/S resulting in
the 10% threshold to be passed.

Their total shareholding has increased to 5,118 shares corresponding to 10.2% of
the share capital.
