ZetaDisplay: ICA MAXI gets ICA In-store TV from ZetaDisplay

Sweden, 2013-03-22 10:05 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --

ZetaDisplay continues to achieve success with its sales. The latest news is that ICA has increased its investment in In-store TV by installing ZetaDisplay’s media platform for Digital Signage in all 75 ICA Maxi stores in Sweden.

ICA In-store TV is a channel with which ICA retail and convenience stores can quickly reach out with both local and central information to their customers.

ICA Sverige AB has about 1,400 trader-owned stores in Sweden. Since 2008, ZetaDisplay has installed and commissioned its ICA In-store TV equipment in more than 350 ICA stores.

By ZetaDisplay replacing the technical solution that individual ICA Maxi retailers invested in previously, ZetaDisplay will be supplying its Digital Signage media platform to all the elements that make up ICA Sverige AB. These elements are ICA Maxi, ICA Kvantum, ICA Supermarket, ICA Nära and ICA To Go. Furthermore, ZetaDisplay is also to supply its media platform to the CURA pharmacy chain, which is owned by ICA.

“We are very pleased to have been given the opportunity to extend our installations of ICA In-store TV so as to also include the ICA Maxi element. We regard this order as confirmation that ICA is satisfied with our service, and not least the leverage that is gained by using our Digital Signage concept,” explains Leif Liljebrunn, CEO of ZetaDisplay AB (publ).

ZetaDisplay is in an expansive phase and has positioned itself in the market by being able to show markedly increased sales and improving communication for its clients by means of the company's media platform for Digital Signage.

ZetaDisplay is a leading supplier of Digital Signage to major chains in the retailing and service sectors of the Nordic market. ZetaDisplay has about 40 employees and subsidiaries in Denmark, Norway and Finland.
