Keith Townsend Mitchell/Ketomi Company: Dismissal of All Claims and Counterclaims (re: 10-CV-5009)

NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 22, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Ketomi Company reports the dismissal of all claims and counterclaims in Case No. 10-CV-5009 with prejudice on May 30, 2012, by the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, pursuant to agreement of the parties. Keith Townsend Mitchell, Ketomi Company and Christopher Roule have ended their collaboration and the Mitchell-Roule line of jewelry.  They have resolved all of their differences.  Mr. Mitchell and Mr. Roule will continue to do business independently of one another.
