Court registration of increased share capital.

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (“Company”) herewith informs that
today the Company received information that on March 22, 2013 the District Court
of Poznan – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznan, 8-th Business Department of the
National Court Register, registered an increase of the Company’s share capital
by PLN 726.253 from issue of 726.253 ordinary bearer shares of the F series,
with face value of PLN 1. The increase took place in reference to the settlement
of acquisition of shares in Swedish company Rottneros AB, about which the
Company has informed in the current reports no. 42/2012, 3/2013 and 12/2013.

Company has informed about the previous share capital increases and their
registrations in the current report no. 6/2013 and 19/2013.

Following the recent increase, the share capital registered in the National
Court Register amounts PLN 69.287.783, comprising of:

  · 50.000 A Series shares,
  · 44.253.500 B Series shares,
  · 8.100.000 C Series shares,
  · 3.000.000 E Series shares,
  · 13.884.283 F Series shares.

Total 69.287.783 ordinary shares of PLN 1 nominal value each.

Total number of votes from all Arctic Paper S.A. shares after registration of
the increased share capital is 69.287.783.
