CHANGE IN PUBLISHING DATE OF YEAR 2012 ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

GeoSentric Oyj postpones the publishing date of the Annual Report, Financial Statements and Financial Statements Release 2012. The Company has applied an exemption from the Financial Supervision Authority for extending the release of the Annual Report, Financial Statements and Financial Statements Release 2012 instead of March 27, 2013 on April 30, 2013 at the latest.

The Company will inform the markets after the Financial Supervision Authority has handled the application
