Share Realisation and Reinvestment Programme ("SRRP") and Top-Up Offer Extension
The Board of Chrysalis VCT plc announces that the closing time and date for receipt of applications in respect of the Share Realisation and Reinvestment Programme and the Top-Up Offer in respect of the 2012/13 tax year (which was previously announced as 3.00pm on 28 March 2013) has been extended to 3.00pm on Tuesday 2 April 2013. This is to allow time for applications that are in transit to arrive.
The closing time and date for the Top-Up Offer in respect of the 2013/14 tax year (which was previously announced as 3.00pm on 28 March 2013) has been extended to 3.00pm on 30 April 2013.
The revised expected timetable is as follows:
