Eleanor joins ARCADIS on May 06th and succeeds Bill Dee, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Eleanor will also become a member of the ARCADIS Senior Management Committee.
Eleanor was previously Director of Water for Latin America at CH2M HILL and has extensive experience within the water sector.
