Tricom Implements Sigma Systems' OSS Solutions

Sigma is enabling the provisioning of Tricom's services to its customers across the country.

With Sigma's solution, Tricom can easily manage the orchestration of customer entitlements across multiple device types to offer communications services to its subscribers. The Sigma solution enables Tricom to quickly create new device configuration templates, which accelerates the delivery of new services. Sigma also offers a centralized system status and device health monitoring tool, which troubleshoots access devices and supports carrier-class reliability. Sigma's Customer Enablement team worked closely with Tricom to manage the deployment of this project.
