Rejlers makes Norwegian municipalities save energy

Rejlers has received an extensive assignment regarding energy declaration of
buildings in Ostfold municipality, south of Oslo. The contract is worth NOK 3
million and includes an option for the same amount of work.

The assignment covers the energy declaration of a large building stock - 273
buildings with a total area of 750,000 square meters. Rejlers will examine the
properties and deliver an energy report containing suggestions for improvements
that can save energy.

Rejlers has an additional option for extended analytical work that will form the
basis for action plans including maintenance, renovation and energy efficiency
in the municipal property portfolio.

Energy declaration in Norway
In Norway energy declaration is mandatory for all who want to sell or lease
commercial properties. All commercial buildings over 1,000 square feet must
always be energy declared.
