Technicolor: 2012 Registration Document

Technicolor announces that it filed the French version of its 2012 Registration Document (Document de référence) with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 16, 2013.
This Registration document is available on the Group's web site www.technicolor.com. It is also available at Technicolor's corporate head office: 1 - 5, rue Jeanne d'Arc, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. The English translation of the Registration document will be made available on April 17, 2013.
The 2012 Registration document includes:
- The 2012 financial report;
- The report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the conditions for preparing and organizing the Board's activities, the internal control and risk management procedures;
- Details of the fees paid to the statutory auditors.
