LOS ANGELES, April 16, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Network of Executive Women (NEW) of Southern California, is hosting a special spring networking and educational event entitled "Leading Through Change" on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, 3 to 7 p.m. at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles (506 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90071).
The program will feature a distinguished panel of retail and consumer products industry executives who will share their insights and experiences on navigating change and emerging on top. Tom Herman, Senior Vice President, Merchandising and Procurement, Northgate Gonzalez Market and Subriana Pierce, Managing Partner, Navigator Sales and Marketing will moderate discussions with leading consumer products and retail industry professionals. "We are looking forward to tackling the subject of leadership in the midst of change and chaos. Obviously, this requires leaders to develop new skills and competencies to compete in a tumultuous environment," said Herman.
