Merger between Scandinavian Private Equity A/S and the management company
Scandinavian Private Equity Partners A/S

Today the Boards of Directors of Scandinavian Private Equity A/S and
Scandinavian Private Equity Partners A/S signed a merger plan with a view to
merging the two companies.

On 8 March 2013, SPEAS acquired all shares of the management company
Scandinavian Private Equity Partners A/S, with the aim of insourcing the
investment expertise and company administration.

The proposed merger will be considered at SPEAS's Annual General Meeting on 27
May 2013, and the Board of Directors of Scandinavian Private Equity Partners A/S
is expected to adopt the proposal on the same date.

The merger plan and statement on creditors' claims will be published through the
electronic channels of the Danish Business Authority as soon as possible and are
furthermore available at the Company's website speas.dk together with the
companies' annual reports.
