CAMARILLO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 23, 2013) - Sauer Energy Inc. ("SEI") (
Second Quarter
Sauer Energy has published its financials for the second quarter. Copies can be found on its website.
Stock Price
There has been no fundamental change to the structure of the company. Sauer Energy is expecting to be very successful and that the stock price will reflect same.
"We are anticipating upward momentum at this time and looking forward to an elevation in our value. Our product is ready to go. Capitalization depends on funding. Once we cross this threshold, the entire future of our business will change," stated Dieter Sauer, President and CEO of Sauer Energy, Inc.
Distributors
SEI has further charted and planned for increased production and expansion of both WindCharger™ and HelixWind® turbines.
The demand for distributorships remains overwhelming. Given the national employment situation, Sauer Energy's distributorship opportunity can have a favorable effect. The production time frame for the units is key. The groundwork is still being laid so that the distribution network can be brought to life soon after access to financing. Sauer Energy has been in contact with potential distributors so that when financing is finalized the distributors can be engaged right away and production and sales can hit the ground running with first distributors in place.
WindCharger Production
Our first plan is to launch sales of the WindCharger™, which was conceived, invented and developed by Sauer Energy. Simultaneously, inventory buildup is needed to meet sales. SEI and VEC Technology, LLC, are consistently in contact, solidifying production plans and providing updates. The same is true of the other component and peripheral suppliers.
All pre-production engineering requirements have been completed. Prototyping, testing, engineering for tooling and material specifications have all been completed and accurately calculated.
Global interest in the WindCharger™ grows ever stronger. Rural settings without a grid system have proven to be a ripe market for sales. Foreign governments, in particular, can see the true value of not having to create and maintain a grid system. They can provide their citizenry with much coveted electricity and improve quality of living without the great expense attached to building and maintaining the far reaching transmission infrastructure.
HelixWind® Production
Second will be the launch of the HelixWind® turbines. Production and fulfillment of the Helix units will take place at Sauer Energy Headquarters in Camarillo, California. The Helix units were formerly produced in Asia, but SEI management feels that it would be most advantageous to bring production in-house.
SEI engineers are developing production schedules for future launch and to meet current demand. The Sauer Energy facility is being structured for maximum efficiency capabilities.
Telecommunication Towers
SEI has addressed the many issues that affect cell communications towers and their performance. A variety of mounting systems have been developed by Sauer Energy. They range from top mounting on a single pole to the side mounting on multi-legged towers with special fortification features.
Funding Update
Pursuant to the Equity Line funding, an S-1 Statement was filed with the SEC on February 25, 2013. It has been reviewed, and counsel from both Eclipse Advisors, LLC, and Sauer Energy are addressing the required recommendations set forth by the reviewer. It is our opinion that the issues should be cleared up in the near future.
Raising capital in the present economic environment has been extremely difficult. We have made the prudent decision to investigate alternative options for raising capital in the interim.
We don't anticipate further delays or unaddressed issues at this time.
Future Expansion Plans
There are wind companies actively seeking to sell their intellectual property to SEI. These discussions are reaching an advanced stage, but have not been concluded. The parties are bound by confidentiality and further details cannot be provided at this time.
Other News
Sauer Energy is in negotiations to form strategic alliances with companies that produce cutting edge innovations that complement and enhance SEI technology capabilities in a way that can serve a wider variety of needs in the marketplace. More information will be disclosed as soon as able to be released.
"The combination of execution of funding and strengthening our balance sheet with revenue from sales will positively impact our growth and set us on a path to success," added Mr. Sauer.
