According to the court documents filed in furtherance of the claim, the plaintiff, an individual female, was the passenger in a vehicle that was being driven in Clark County, Nevada. The documents stated that while the plaintiff was riding in the vehicle, it was violently hit by the vehicle being driven by the defendant, an individual male.

The court documents went on to state that as a result of this violent collision, the vehicle in which the plaintiff was riding flipped over. As a result of the crash, the plaintiff suffered multiple injuries including serious harm to her back and to her hand. These injuries required extensive medical treatment and attention and ongoing rehabilitation.

The court documents went on to allege that as a result of this collision, the plaintiff suffered several forms of loss including those relating to medical costs, to lost income and to the loss of her enjoyment of life. She was also seeking a recovery of damages relating to her pain and suffering and for other costs that had been incurred as a result of the incident.
