ZetaDisplay: Annual Report for 2012 published

ZetaDisplay AB (publ) Annual Report for 2012 has been published and is available on the Group's website.

CEO Leif Liljebrunn says that the annual report shows there has been a strong influx of inquiries from new customers while more and more inquiries are being received from customers ready to take the next step in their investment in Last Meter Marketing. This all means that sales rose strongly over the year, with a growth of 21 % to around SEK 53 million, where the fourth quarter in particular contributed greatly to the trend.

“The positive trend continued with license revenue up 44 % on the previous year. Efforts to build an installed base of customer installations have continued, and over the year a large number of installations will generate ongoing revenue from licenses and services going forward for, on average, a four year period,” writes Leif Liljebrunn in the CEO's comments.

“Operating profit improved and the gross margin was essentially flat compared to 2011 coming in at 55 %. Increasing license revenue and a higher proportion of services in the deliveries with good margins are important factors behind the improved results.”

“At the end of the year, the Group sold its subsidiary Flygstaben Fastighets AB and at the same time signed a long term lease for the part of the property that we use to run our operations. As a consequence, we have reduced our debt and released capital that we can earmark for future expansion of the business.”

Finally, Leif Liljebrunn states that ZetaDisplay after the end of the financial year, has decided to take the plunge into Europe by launching its own sales offices in the Netherlands and Estonia to serve new and existing customers in these and related markets. In the Netherlands ZetaDisplay has a partnership with the major retail chain HEMA Group. This is the company's first customer who does not operate in any Nordic country and it is therefore a key milestone in the development of ZetaDisplay.
