The Annual General Meeting in PCI Biotech Holding ASA was held 6 May 2013. All propositions according the call were approved. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting is attached (in Norwegian only).
In the Annual General Meeting, Kjell Stenberg was elected new Board Member of PCI Biotech Holding ASA. Kjell Stenberg (born 1952) is a Swedish citizen with a Ph.D. within biochemistry. He has nearly 40 years of experience from the pharma business, and held senior positions in among others AstraZeneca and small biotech companies such as BioMS Medical Corp., Combio A/S and CePeP AB.
