Lacroix Group: Strengthening Governance
In a context of globalization, each of the three divisions of the Group is facing accelerating commercial, industrial, technological and economic changes.
These changes provide an opportunity to accelerate its own development.
Therefore, to meet this challenge, the Group's governance will change as follows:
1. Vincent BEDOUIN, current Managing Director of the Electronics division, will become Managing Director for the Group. His main task will be to build with each division Manager a strategy for growth based on a vision of each business line and to manage its implementation.
His knowledge of the Group, his successful experience in Electronics, and his sense of international relations are major assets to successfully achieve this essential mission for the future of our three businesses.
He will report to Yves KROTOFF, President of the Executive Board. He will be based at Saint Herblain and will progressively take up his functions from September onwards.
2. On May 27th, François BEAUXIS will become Managing Director of the Electronics division. François has held several management positions in France and abroad with Schlumberger and Renault. His experience will also be a precious asset for the further growth of the division initiated by his predecessor.
3. On September 1st, Catherine FAILLIET will join as Managing Director of Telemetry, replacing Jacques GABOURY, who will be retiring on August 1st 2013. Catherine's experience in energy services at EDF will be useful to help accelerate the Division's growth, especially abroad.
Under the authority of the Executive Board, consisting of Nicolas BEDOUIN, Finance Director, Vincent BEDOUIN, Managing Director and presided by Yves KROTOFF, the Group thus sets up the human resources needed to give a new dimension to its three core businesses, led respectively by François BEAUXIS (Electronics), Catherine FAILLIET (Telemetry) and Pascal ROUCHET (Signalling).
