ReadSoft’s acquisition of Expert Systems finalized


ReadSoft, the world leader in Document Process Automation solutions, has today
completed the previously announced acquisition of Expert Systems Development
Svenska AB (Expert Systems), a supplier of SaaS solutions (Software as a
Service) for electronic business. Expert Systems has one of the leading cloud
based networks for exchanging e-invoices and other electronic documents in
Sweden.
All closing conditions are now satisfied and the acquisition of Expert Systems
has therefore been completed today.
As previously communicated, the Board of Directors of ReadSoft believes that the
consideration paid for Expert Systems is balanced and expects a positive
contribution to earnings per share already in 2013.
