EDISON, NJ--(Marketwired - May 17, 2013) - StrikeForce Technologies (
"StrikeForce continues to remain on target with its revenue guidance for the year ending 2013 provided from our 2012 year end WebEx presentation. StrikeForce's net revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2013 were $160,991 compared to $184,654 for the three months ended March 31, 2012, a decrease of $22,263 or 12.8%. StrikeForce remains very positive in regards to our recurring net revenues, maintenance payments and new pilots in process now and especially with the projected revenue increases later this year through our growing planned channel strategy.
"StrikeForce is executing on its international channel strategy and starting to see the benefits of our exciting global plan. We recently signed up new channel partners and others in process," says Mark L. Kay, CEO of StrikeForce Technologies. "As published in the latest 2013 Verizon Data Breach report, they examined 47,000 security incidents of data breaches in 2012 encompassing over 1.1 billion compromised records since their reports started. This years' report stated 'In the land of financially motivated breaches, spyware (which includes keyloggers) is King,' which StrikeForce has the real-time answer for, unlike the anti-virus programs. StrikeForce has recently been quoted in various media and noted in an article by American Banker for having a special solution to help prevent cyber-attacks, such as the $45 million well published global bank heist."
