Industry Leaders to Present in Showcase Theater at The ASSEMBLY Show


ROSEMONT, IL--(Marketwired - Jun 4, 2013) -  In addition to a robust expo hall, attendees at the upcoming ASSEMBLY Show will have the unique opportunity to hear industry experts discuss the latest technological advances and manufacturing trends at the Showcase Theater. The ASSEMBLY Show will take place from Monday, October 28, through Wednesday, October 30, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.

    Jeffrey Margolis, Ph.D., managing director of the Illinois Science and Technology Coalition, will discuss Governor Pat Quinn's $5 million pledge to help establish this independent, nonprofit entity to be located in Chicago and involve the University of Illinois and the National Center for Supercomputing Applications of Urbana.

  • Get Help Through the Manufacturing Extension Partnerships
    A representative from the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC) will discuss how the federal Manufacturing Extension Partnership program is providing hands-on technical assistance and strategic advice to help manufacturers be more productive and globally competitive.
