With the ruling by the Circuit Court of Tallinn of 19/06/2013, the acquittal by Harju County Court of 19/06/2012 in criminal matter no. 1-09-4486 (see Stock Exchange Release https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=511247&messageId=627817) annulled and AS Järvevana was found guilty, under Article 298 (4) of the Penal Code, and the company was ruled to pay a pecuniary punishment on the amount of 798,000 (seven hundred ninety eight thousand) EUR.
The ruling has not entered into force. AS Järvevana is going to file an appeal in cassation, according to the procedure and term provided by law, within 30 days. We intend to challenge the ruling in full, motivating the appeal by material infringement of material and procedural provisions.
