New responsibilities within Peab’s Executive management

In order to further enhance the production focus in Peab's top management, has
an adjustment of responsibilities been implemented within the Executive
management.

Roger Linnér has been appointed Production Manager (COO) and Business Area
manager Construction. Roger has worked at Peab since 1996, most recently as
Business Area manager Civil Engineering and he is already a member in the
Executive management.

Karl-Gunnar Karlsson, Business Area manager Industry, has been appointed to also
be manager Business Area Civil Engineering. K-G has worked at Peab since 2003
and is already a member in the Executive management.

Niclas Winkvist, Manager of Business Support and Investments, takes a
coordinating responsibility for Peab's construction operations in Norway and
Finland. Niclas has worked at Peab since 1995 and is already a member in the
Executive management.
