Mattias Nygårds new Business Area Manager at Hufvudstaden

Mattias Nygårds has been appointed Business Area Manager at Hufvudstaden AB as
well as President of AB Nordiska Kompaniet. He will also be a member of
Hufvudstaden's Group Management. Mattias will be responsible for the Stockholm
City West Business Area and will lead NK operations in both Stockholm and
Gothenburg.

"Mattias Nygårds has extensive experience and broad expertise in the real estate
and retail sectors. He will be an excellent successor to Sverker Källgården, who
is leaving Hufvudstaden and NK after eight successful years. We are very pleased

Mattias Nygårds has worked at Hufvudstaden for six years and he has acquired
very good knowledge of AB Nordiska Kompaniet's operations from his time as store
manager for NK Stockholm in 2007-2009. Mattias has also worked with business
development at Hufvudstaden and most recently as head of the letting team.

Mattias will take up his new position on July 1, 2013 when Sverker Källgården
will leave Hufvudstaden and Nordiska Kompaniet to become President of the
construction company Byggpartner AB.
