Changes in Supervisory Board of Brunel International N.V.

On June 26, 2013 the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved Brunel International's recommendation to re-appoint Mr Aat Schouwenaar as member of the Supervisory Board of Brunel International N.V. for an extra term of two years.
As per June 26, 2013 the Supervisory Board of Brunel International N.V. elected Mr Daan van Doorn chairman and Mr Aat Schouwenaar vice-chairman.
