NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has informed DKTI A/S, that the company will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 19 September 2013, because NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen finds that DKTI A/S does not fulfill the listing requirements for admitting shares to trading.
DKTI A/S will call for an extraordinary general assembly as soon as possible, with the purpose of assessing the situation.
