The partners have agreed to join forces on current healthcare projects in Lagos and Abuja as well as, on-going collaboration in Nigeria as future opportunities arise. A signing ceremony honoring the newly forged alliance was hosted at AHMC's Global Headquarters in Washington, D.C. The agreement was signed by Randall Arlett, President and CEO of AHMC and Ms. Ugonna Ogueri, Managing Director of Crystal Thorpe.
The new healthcare centers are being developed due to the needs identified in the market for state-of-the-art facilities that operate at international level standards and deliver quality care. AHMC's management model, based on American healthcare management practices and fundamentals, will be deployed and adapted to the unique environments in which the hospitals will operate in order to deliver enhanced operational capabilities, quality, safety and profitability.

Hence the partners will focus on developing clinical centers of excellence across Nigeria and providing jobs for the local population as well as attracting specialist clinicians from the Diaspora.
