Blue Ribbon Income Fund Declares Distributions

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 18, 2013) - (TSX:RBN.UN) Blue Ribbon Income Fund (the "Fund") announces distributions in the amount of $0.07 per unit per month for record dates from July to September, 2013.

Unitholders are also advised that the Fund amended its declaration of trust to permit the administrator to set record dates for the payment of distributions to a date other than the last business day of the month and the administrator set July 29, 2013 as the record date for the August distribution in order to facilitate the previously announced prospectus offering of additional units. As noted above, the record dates for the September and October distributions remain the last business day of the prior month.

Unitholders are reminded that the Fund offers a distribution reinvestment plan ("DRIP") which provides unitholders with the ability to automatically reinvest their distributions and realize the benefits of compound growth of their investment. Unitholders can enroll in the DRIP program by contacting their investment advisor.
