Resignation of the Member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (“the Company”) herewith informs that
on July 26, 2013 Mr. Michał Bartkowiak – Member of the Management Board has
submitted his resignation from the function, with immediate effect. Mr. Michał
Bartkowiak did not give reasons for his resignation.
