Contract signed for a new store in Björneborg, Finland


Clas Ohlson has signed a contract regarding a new store in Puuvilla, Björneborg,
Finland. The retail space will amount to a total of 1,075 square metres. The
store’s catchment area comprises approximately 83,000 residents and the store is
scheduled to open in October 2014.
Future store establishments that have been contracted to date are: Norra Backa
Shopping area, Borlänge, Sweden in September 2013; Mobilia Shopping Centre,
Malmö, Sweden in September 2013; Kaari Shopping Centre, Kannelmäki, Helsingfors,
Finland in October 2013; Nova Lund, Lund, Sweden in November 2013; Vimpeln
Shopping Centre in Alingsås, Sweden in March 2014; Kungens Kurva in Huddinge,
Stockholm, Sweden in March 2014; Barkarby Gate, Stockholm, Sweden in October
2014; Puuvilla, Björneborg, Finland in October 2014; Orkdal, Norway in autumn
2014; Mandal, Norway in autumn 2014; Sandefjord, Norway in autumn 2014/winter
2015 and Umeå Syd in Umeå, Sweden in March 2015.

During the 2013/14 financial year Clas Ohlson aim to establish 12-17 new stores.
With currently 178 stores and 12 contracted stores, Clas Ohlson will have a
total of 190 stores, of which 80 in Sweden, 67 in Norway, 31 in Finland and 12
in the UK.
