Resignation of the Member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (“the Company”) herewith informs that
today the Company received information that on July 26, 2013 Mr. Fredrik Lars
Plyhr – Member of the Supervisory Board has submitted his resignation from the
function, with immediate effect. Mr. Fredrik Lars Plyhr did not give reasons for
his resignation.
