The Niagara Regional Police Service is actively investigating a missing child, Kyle PINFOLD, Crown Ward of Family and Children Services, Welland. Kyle is 14 years of age and was last seen wearing a green t-shirt, black shorts with a white stripe, a purple hat and black/white Nike runners.
Kyle has been reported missing several times before but consistently returns within one day. He has now been missing for 4 days. Kyle also has a diminished mental capacity and has no cell phone or money. Kyle's mother resides in Beamsville but has not seen or had any contact with Kyle.
Kyle is known to attend Conversation Café in Beamsville and may frequent skate parks and libraries.
