Joint stock company "Saldus mežrūpniecība" informs that it has received notification on acquisition of significant holding from SIA Law Office "Merkants" and A. Šuksts.
According to the notification received from SIA Law Office "Merkants ", the company has increased its holding on June 26, 2013, retaining in a possession 105 327 or 27.2 % of joint stock company "Saldus mežrūpniecība" share capital.
According to the notification, Artūrs Šuksts has increased the indirect holding on June 26, 2013, retaining as an indirect holding 105 327 or 27.2 % of joint stock company "Saldus mežrūpniecība" share capital.
