Columbus A/S has initiated negotiations with shareholders in a foreign consultancy with app. 50 consultants.
Clarification whether Columbus will reach an agreement with the seller is expected during this quarter.
In case the acquisition will be materialized the impact on revenues in 2013 will be in the level of DKK 30m and EBITDA in the level of DKK 2-4m.
