Concentric’s holding of own shares now 259,295

Concentric AB, 556828-4995, has on 13 August 2013 transferred 64,308 own shares
as part of the consideration to the seller of LICOS Trucktec GmbH.  The
consideration amounts to EUR 9,250,000, whereby EUR 8,750,000 was paid in cash
and EUR 500,000 was paid in shares in Concentric AB. The settlement rate for the
Concentric shares has been determined to SEK 67.72 per share.

After the transfer, Concentric AB’s holding of own shares is 259,295. The total
outstanding amount of shares in Concentric AB is 44,215,970.
