Roblon A/S : Change in the Board of Director's of Roblon A/S

We can hereby inform you that board member elected by the employees in Roblon
A/S's Board, Lasse Østergaard Nielsen, has resigned his position at Roblon A/S.

As a replacement, a unanimous election committee has chosen the person with the
second highest number of votes from the ordinary election, service engineer Ole
Nygaard Letort, who will join the Board with immediate effect.
