NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Aug 15, 2013) - Fiduciary Trust Company International, a leading wealth management firm headquartered in New York City, announced that Carin Leong Pai, CFA1, has been promoted to executive vice president and director of equity management where she will have broad responsibility for the firm's equity management competencies. Pai will also join Fiduciary Trust's Management Committee. Amy Kong, CFA1, has joined the firm as managing director and senior portfolio manager of equity management where she is responsible for managing equity portfolios for individuals, families and institutions. Janet Nettleton Otto has joined as managing director and relationship manager where she is responsible for managing the delivery of the firm's broad expertise and global resources to best meet the needs of clients, their families and their advisors.

Carin Pai has been with Fiduciary Trust since 1996. As director of equity management, she oversees the firm's team of equity portfolio managers and also manages client portfolios. Pai is a member of the firm's asset allocation committee where she works closely with investment leadership of the firm to develop strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies. Additionally, she is a member of Fiduciary Trust's Management Committee, Officers' Executive Committee, and Risk Management Committee. She earned a B.S. in business administration from the University at Albany, State University of New York, and completed an Executive Program at Harvard Business School for investment management. Pai is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Amy Kong brings a decade of private wealth management expertise to Fiduciary Trust. She previously served as senior portfolio manager at U.S. Trust, where she managed and co-managed 350 portfolios with assets of $1.1 billion. Kong began her career as an analyst for the credit research and analysis department at Moody's Investors Services. She earned her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Barnard College. Kong is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Janet Otto has 30 plus years of experience in the industry, which includes corporate lending and private banking, as well as asset and wealth management for high net worth individuals, families and institutional clients. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, Ms. Otto served as principal and business development executive at Legg Mason Investment Counsel. Previously, she was a private banker at J.P. Morgan and a portfolio manager and business development officer at U.S. Trust. Ms. Otto earned her B.A. from Smith College and her M.B.A. in finance and accounting from Cornell University. She is an active board member of the Girl Scouts of Greater New York and currently chairs the Juliette Low Society.
