„Citadele Asset Management” IMJSC ( henceforth - Community ) declares that during the board meeting held on 04.07.2013 the amendments regarding Community’s investment funds’ prospectuses were confirmed.
Due to the changes in the structure of Community’s board as well as the shift in the structure of investment committee of CIF „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund – II”, the amendments were applied in the prospectus of following investment funds held by Community: ‘’ Open-end investment fund (OIF) „Citadele Eastern Europe Fixed Income Fund”, OIF„Citadele Ukrainian Equity Fund”, OIF „Citadele Russian Equity Fund”, OIF „Citadele Caspian Sea Equity Fund”, OIF “Citadele Strategic Allocation Funds” and Closed investment fund (CIF) „Citadele Baltic Real Estate Fund – II”.
Amendments of Community’s investment funds’ prospectuses came into effect on 04th July, 2013.
In addition we inform you that Sergejs Zaicevs has left the position in Community’s board on 06th June, 2013.
