Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs” informs that today, i.e., 28.08.2013, Company “Dalpolimetal” in the name of the chairman of its board of directors Eduard Janakov has sent a letter to the shareholders of JSC “Liepajas Metalurgs” Sergej Zaharjin and Ilja Segal —
“Dear sirs!
On behalf of JSC „MMC „Dalpolymetal” I inform you that „Dalpolymetal” has executed bank transfer to its affiliated companies in Latvia that is necessary for JSC “Liepajas Metalurgs” to resume production. At the present moment the monetary funds in the amount of 25 000 000 EUR are in the accounts of the two affiliated companies of „Dalpolymetal” in Latvia banks.”
Company „Dalpolymetal” has sent similar letter to the coordinator of the creditor club “Prudentia Advisers”.
The bank statement in the attachment to this letter confirms the text of the letter.
In accordance to LPP plan the investors were to transfer 14 200 000 EUR (10 million LVL) to the company till 30.09.2013.
